What to Expect on Moving Day

   Before Arrival

   Confirm the crew, service window, parking arrangements, inventory, and any last-minute changes.

   At Pickup

   Walk through the items with the crew, flag fragile pieces, review your paperwork, and document any existing damage.

   During the Move

   Keep communication open. Tell the team if access, instructions, or delivery details change.

   At Delivery

   Check items against the inventory when one is used. Note missing or damaged items before signing where possible.

   After Completion

   Keep your receipt and report any concerns using the claims process described in your service agreement.
