Effective Date: October 23, 2026  |  Last Updated: October 23, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to LAUDARE Enterprises Inc. (“LAUDARE,” “Laudare,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the services we offer, including residential and commercial moving, labor-only moving assistance, packing and unpacking, furniture handling, delivery, transportation, commercial logistics, and other services expressly made available by the Company.

By accessing our website, submitting a quotation request, requesting a booking, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Our Commitment: We strive to provide dependable services, transparent communication, and a professional customer experience built on trust, accountability, and mutual respect.

2. Scope of Services

LAUDARE offers or may introduce the following services, subject to availability, operational capabilities, applicable legal requirements, and agreed service arrangements.

A. Residential and Commercial Moving

  • Apartment, condominium, and residential moving
  • Office and commercial relocations
  • Local moving services
  • Loading and unloading assistance
  • Furniture rearrangement and placement
  • Furniture assembly and disassembly
  • Packing and unpacking assistance
  • Storage-unit loading and unloading
  • Heavy-item moving, subject to assessment
  • Same-day, next-day, and scheduled moving services, where available

B. Labor-Only Moving Services

We may provide professional moving personnel to assist customers who supply their own rental truck, trailer, portable moving container, or other suitable transportation equipment. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, labor-only services cover the specified moving labor and do not automatically include a truck, transportation, packing materials, or insurance for customer-provided vehicles or equipment.

C. Delivery and Transportation Services

  • Furniture and household-item delivery
  • Retail and commercial deliveries
  • Scheduled pickups and deliveries
  • Business-to-business transportation
  • Final-mile delivery
  • Contracted transportation and logistics support

D. Shipping and Additional Logistics Services

Domestic or international shipping, freight coordination, and related logistics services may be offered when available through authorized partnerships or expanded operational capabilities. These services may be subject to separate agreements, carrier terms, documentation, and applicable transportation or shipping regulations.

Service Availability: Not every service is available in every location or at all times. Submitting an inquiry or quotation request does not guarantee availability, acceptance, or a confirmed booking.

3. Quotations and Estimates

LAUDARE may prepare quotations based on information provided by the customer. Unless expressly identified as binding or otherwise required by law, a quotation is an estimate based on the information available at the time it is prepared. The final price may change if the actual circumstances differ materially from the information provided or if the customer requests additional services. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information to help us prepare appropriate estimates.

4. Booking and Service Confirmation

Submitting a quotation request or booking form does not automatically create a confirmed reservation. A booking is confirmed when LAUDARE communicates its acceptance and the applicable booking conditions, including any required deposit or documentation, have been satisfied.

Same-Day and Emergency Requests

Same-day, next-day, and urgent moving or delivery requests are subject to service-area coverage, crew availability, equipment availability, job requirements, and scheduling constraints. Submitting an urgent request does not guarantee immediate dispatch or same-day completion. We will communicate availability and any applicable pricing before confirming the service.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service pricing may depend on labor, duration, distance, equipment, materials, service complexity, and other applicable factors. Depending on the service, charges may include hourly labor rates and minimum booking periods, truck and transportation charges, mileage and travel fees, packing materials, additional personnel or equipment, special handling fees, additional stops or requested services, waiting time and authorized overtime, and applicable taxes.

Deposits

Certain bookings may require an advance deposit. The amount, payment deadline, and applicable refund or cancellation conditions will be communicated before the booking is confirmed.

Final Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the confirmed service agreement, accepted quotation, or invoice.

6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Refunds

We understand that moving and delivery plans can change. Customers should contact LAUDARE as soon as possible when requesting a cancellation or rescheduling. Applicable cancellation deadlines, rescheduling fees, deposit conditions, and refund terms will be communicated in the booking confirmation or relevant service agreement. Nothing in this section limits any cancellation or refund rights that cannot legally be waived.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By requesting or using our services, customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete service information
  • Disclose fragile, oversized, unusually heavy, high-value, or potentially hazardous items
  • Provide reasonable access to pickup and delivery locations
  • Arrange necessary parking permissions, building access, elevator reservations, and other required authorizations
  • Secure personal documents, cash, jewelry, medications, and other valuables
  • Ensure that items are lawfully owned or that they are authorized to arrange their movement
  • Inform LAUDARE of conditions that may affect safety, scheduling, pricing, or equipment requirements
  • Maintain safe and reasonable working conditions for service personnel
  • Be available, or designate an authorized representative, when reasonably required
  • Review the agreed scope of work and promptly communicate any material changes

8. Prohibited and Restricted Items

Unless expressly accepted in writing and permitted by applicable law, LAUDARE may refuse to handle, move, or transport items that present legal, safety, or operational concerns, including explosives, fireworks, hazardous chemicals, flammable materials, firearms or ammunition that cannot lawfully be handled or transported, perishable goods requiring specialized transportation, live animals, and goods prohibited by applicable regulations. Customers must disclose potentially hazardous or restricted materials before booking.

9. Packing, Furniture Handling, and Special Items

Customers should disclose fragile belongings, valuable possessions, delicate furniture, unusual dimensions, existing damage, and items requiring specialized handling. We may decline to handle an item if safe handling cannot reasonably be achieved. Unless expressly included in the confirmed scope of work, packing, unpacking, assembly, disassembly, installation, and other additional tasks are not automatically included in a moving or delivery service.

10. Property Damage, Loss, and Claims

Responsibility for property damage, loss, or delay will be determined by the applicable service agreement, the facts of the incident, any applicable insurance or valuation arrangements, and governing law. Customers are encouraged to inspect their belongings when reasonably possible and report concerns promptly. A claim should include, where available, the customer name and booking reference, date and location of the service, description of the affected property, photographs or other supporting documentation, and a description of the circumstances surrounding the reported issue.

Important: Any limitation of mover or carrier liability, valuation arrangement, or claims deadline must be established through legally compliant documentation. Nothing in these Terms waives rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Insurance and Valuation Protection

Customers should not assume that all belongings are automatically insured for their full replacement value. Where required, LAUDARE will provide relevant information concerning applicable liability, valuation options, and insurance arrangements before the service is confirmed. Customers are encouraged to review their homeowners, renters, or business insurance policies before confirming a service.

12. Delivery and Transportation Conditions

Pickup and delivery dates or times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a written agreement. Schedules may be affected by traffic, road conditions, severe weather, vehicle or equipment problems, property access restrictions, customer-caused delays, carrier or third-party disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable operational control. LAUDARE will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

13. Third-Party Service Providers and Partnerships

LAUDARE may work with independent service providers, moving crews, transportation companies, freight carriers, shipping partners, and other businesses to fulfill certain customer requests. LAUDARE will not represent a service as directly performed by the Company when that representation would be inaccurate. The involvement of a third-party provider does not eliminate any legal responsibility LAUDARE retains under applicable law.

14. Commercial and Business Customers

Businesses requesting recurring deliveries, contracted transportation, distribution support, commercial moving, or other logistics services may be required to enter into a separate written agreement addressing scope, frequency, and scheduling of services, service standards, pricing and payment terms, cargo handling, insurance and allocation of liability, confidentiality, and contract duration and termination.

15. Website Use and Intellectual Property

Visitors agree not to submit fraudulent or misleading information, attempt unauthorized access to website systems, interfere with website security or functionality, use the website for unlawful purposes, or copy, distribute, or commercially exploit protected website materials without appropriate authorization. Unless otherwise stated, LAUDARE's original logos, branding, written content, graphics, and other protected materials are owned by the Company or used with appropriate authorization.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected through our website, quotation forms, bookings, service communications, and other business interactions is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.

17. Limitation of Liability

LAUDARE's responsibilities and liability are governed by these Terms, the applicable service agreement, and relevant legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be unlawful. These Terms do not establish a blanket exclusion of responsibility for property loss, damage, personal injury, or other harm where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control

Circumstances beyond LAUDARE's reasonable control may interrupt or affect our ability to provide services. These may include natural disasters, severe weather, road closures, public emergencies, government restrictions, labor disruptions, and major transportation interruptions. When such events affect a confirmed service, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers and identify available alternatives.

19. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

We encourage customers to contact us promptly if they have concerns about a quotation, booking, payment, or completed service. We aim to review complaints respectfully and work toward a fair and practical resolution. Where informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes may be pursued through courts or other legally available procedures. Nothing in these Terms requires mandatory arbitration or waives class-action rights unless a separate, valid agreement expressly provides otherwise and is enforceable under applicable law.

20. Governing Law

Except where federal law or another mandatory legal requirement applies, these Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without displacing applicable mandatory legal protections. For interstate transportation and other federally regulated services, applicable federal laws and regulations will govern where required.

21. Changes to These Terms

LAUDARE may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, business operations, website functionality, or legal obligations. Revised Terms will be published on our website with an updated effective date. We encourage customers to review these Terms periodically.
